King's Levada - Guided Walk

This is a walk not to miss! The first part of the walk is made up of a mixture of endemic vegetation and vegetation introduced after the discovery of the island. The route steers us into the interior of the island, which is still preserved just as it was at the time of its discovery. Here you can find the natural and native flora and fauna of Madeira: the laurel trees, the meadows, the tentilhoes etc of which they are an integral part. We all yearn to spend some time with nature and here you have it all. 🚶🏼 Distance: 11 km ⚙️ Difficulty: Easy - Moderate 🚍 Pick-up/Drop-off Information: • Pick-up/drop-off is free for travelers in Funchal, Santa Cruz and Câmara de Lobos; • Pick-ups/drop-offs outside these locations will have a cost to be determined and paid at the pick-up time; • After reserving this tour, you'll be contacted by the Tour Operator to arrange the pick-up/drop-off; • Drop-off is also included. ℹ️ Additional Info: • The client needs to pay an extra of the entrance tax fee of the walk that should be paid to our guide on the day of the walk. • Comfortable clothes and sunscreen are recommended; • Water and a picnic should be packed; • Children must be accompanied by an adult; • Our company reserves the right to change our activity due to weather conditions.
